The premium German Silver mouthpiece increases salivation which stimulates the horse's mouth making the horse more comfortable. We have designed this mouthpiece to be ported which will provide give and tongue relief. The mouthpiece is not fixed between cheek pieces, instead the cheek pieces rotate 360 degrees. When used in conjunction with a rotating cheek piece, we
